I support rural businesses and landowners in realising the benefits of diversification through thoughtful architecture, heritage expertise, and rural design. By reimagining redundant buildings and sites, I help create sustainable new uses that generate income, strengthen rural enterprises, and provide long-term resilience.

These projects not only enhance the rural environment but also help landowners address tax considerations, inheritance, and succession planning, ensuring that rural assets continue to support future generations. Rural Diversification Projects

My work includes the adaptive reuse of both traditional and modern buildings—such as converting a redundant shed into a successful play barn, or delivering Class Q housing to bring renewed value to disused farm structures. I have also developed sensitive proposals for historic buildings and barns, including their conversion into new dwellings, commercial uses such as offices, and leisure use, including holiday cottages.
